The video measuring machine is based on the CCD digital image and relies on the powerful measuring software ability of computer screen measurement technology and spatial geometry operation.

The computer becomes a measuring brain with a software soul after installing appropriate control and graphics measurement software, and it is the main body of the entire video measuring equipment. It can quickly read the displacement value of an optical linear scale, obtain the desired result through software module operation based on spatial geometry, and display graphics on the screen for operator image comparison, allowing for direct differentiation of possible measuring results deviations.
